Charles D. Booth, LUTCF, RFC

Senior Founding Partner & CEO

Charles D. Booth, LUTCF, RFC, is the Senior Partner of SPECTRA Asset Conservation, LTD, and CEO of SPECTRA ACS Marketing Alliance, Inc. He is a financial professional who combines his many years of financial experience with numerous years of personal experience to provide his client's solutions to help meet their financial needs.

Due to his outstanding professional accomplishments, Charles is recognized in the top 1% of financial professionals in the nation. He has been awarded the highest honor in Texas by being placed in the TRLT Grand Council and the Top of the Table for Million Dollar Round Table. Holding the honor of Top Producer under his marketing group, Charles bases his success on his "Client Comes First" attitude.

A member of the National & Texas Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors (NAIFA & TAIFA), Charles also serves as President and Director for NAIFA-Fort Worth and is a Child Advocates (CASA) of Tarrant County Board Member.

Charles teaches Sunday school at his church, enjoys playing golf, and working on his farm in Decatur. Charles and Vicki, his wife of nearly 40 years, have three children and five grandchildren.


Brandon Booth

Brandon Booth is a Managing Partner ofSPECTRA Asset Conservation, Ltd. He is a financial professional with a unique approach in assisting individuals. Brandon knows that retirement should include much more than just a
financial strategy. lt is just as important, if not more, to have a Life Plan. His detailed conversations that address all aspects of life planning have provided his clientele with more of a peace-of—mind approach that is often overlooked by the majority of other financial professionals in the industry.


Brandon was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. As a truly gifted and revered football player with scholarships to the University of Texas and The Air Force Academy, he had planned to continue his passions as a full time career. After several surgeries and three universities, it was clear the Lord had a much bigger plan for him. Upon graduating from the University of North Texas, he felt a calling to help others. Throughout his sports background, he has always been a natural-born leader. He decided to come work for SPECTRA Financial Group of Companies in 2005 for the marketing department. In 2009, he obtained his insurance license and became a marketing manager, helping coach other insurance agents and financial planners around the nation. Still wanting to help others in a more direct way, Brandon began working more with the clients, focusing solely on client services and case management in 2013, and soon became partner in 2015.

He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and has served multiple terms on the board of the local association (NAIFAAFort Worth). He is a member of Fellowship of the Parks in Keller and enjoys working with several nonprofit organizations such as CASA of Tarrant County, Lighthouse for the Blind, and Children's Charities of Fort Worth. Brandon has been married to his wife, Kristen, since 2009. Together, they have two beautiful children, Aubrey and Braxton.

Retirement Financial Consultant

Crissman Crombie is a Retirement Financial Consultant with Spectra Asset Conservation. With more than 20 years experience in the industry, he has developed a passion for helping families and businesses with their insurance and financial needs.


Criss started in the financial services industry after 20+ years of management with several Fortune 500 companies. He has won numerous industry awards during his career, including New Agent of the Year, Life and Annuity Champion, and is qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table. His experience in the Financial Services industry has empowered him to help 100's of families reduce risk and secure their financial future.


He is a current member and past President of the local chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. He serves on the Board of Directors as chairperson for Community Service projects, a position he has held for 17 years.  He believes in sharing his passion and abilities with others, and frequently mentors others to help them be successful in their careers.

Along with his passion for helping people with their insurance and financial needs, he has a passion for helping others through community involvement and charitable organizations. He has helped coordinate corporate and employee involvement with the United Way since 1986 and the March of Dimes since 1989. He is also involved in fund-raising activities for the Samaritan House, the Ronald McDonald House, and the Alzheimers’s Association, and is an active member of Rotary International. Criss is also an active member in several area chambers of commerce.


Criss is married to Tracie and is a proud father of 2 adult children, Carissa and Scott. He is a graduate of Dallas Baptist University and has lived in Tarrant county for 44 years. Criss and Tracie are active members of HighRidge Church in Benbrook. In addition to faithfully serving on the First Impression team, they teach Dave Ramsey Financial Freedom classes and spend time mentoring other men and women.
